Late Cancellations & No Shows
To be respectful of our providers’ time and accommodate for increasing patient volume, we will assess a $50 charge for both late cancellations (appointments cancelled within 24 hours of appointment time) and no-show appointments.

Consultations
In order to deliver the safest and highest quality of care, all new patient consultations are scheduled with either our medical director or clinical director. Their time, knowledge, and expertise is unmatched – and also very valuable. As such, all new patient consultations incur a $50 charge that immediately translates to MAC credit. This credit can be used towards any future treatment.
During a new patient consultation, your provider will review your medical history and discuss all current and future aesthetic goals. You will also receive a full, customized treatment plan for your best long-term outcome.

Pre and Post-Op
Your provider will meet with you one-on-one to discuss and provide pre and post-op instructions. For immediate questions after a procedure, please text us day or night at 405-341-6223 and we will get to back to you as soon as possible.
